David Lipa

Partner

David is responsible for the Company's valuations. He has worked in venture capital his entire career, and has valued hundreds of private equity positions ranging from megabuyout portfolios to small tranches of illiquid founder's stock. He began his career as a securities analyst for Hambrecht & Quist Asia Pacific in Shanghai, supporting venture investments into healthcare, wellness, and consumer companies throughout the ASEAN region. In 2005 David joined Pantheon Ventures, an institutional investor with over $20 billion under management, and one of the largest participants in the private equity secondaries market. At Pantheon, David assisted with the transaction of limited partnership interests in venture funds like Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, and Draper Fisher Jurvetson.

David joined the private equity exchange fund EBX as vice president in 2007. At EBX, David valued common stock positions in over 200 startup enterprises. He helped to assemble two funds of venture-backed companies whose founders committed to swapping stock with each other based on David's valuations. He acted as a finder and valuation consultant in over $20mm worth of common stock secondary transactions, provided 409A reports at the start of that regulation's effect, and assisted founders with charitable stock donations.

David is a graduate of Stanford University, where he majored in Industrial Engineering. He is a member in good standing of the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Brandon Tyree

Partner & General Counsel

Brandon is a practicing attorney who is responsible for the Company’s business partnerships and client relations. Brandon received his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from Georgetown Law School. He began his career as legal and financial counsel for investors in commercial and residential real estate in the Washington, DC and surrounding areas, and expanded his knowledge as an associate in the financial services and products group at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta. There, he was involved in public securities offerings, securities law compliance, and issuer formation matters, and gained deep experience in regulatory topics governing diverse areas of finance, tax, and corporate governance. Brandon has broad knowledge of the emerging regulatory landscape and a lifelong passion for working with startup companies and entrepreneurs.

Evan Intrater

Client Relations

Evan's focus is both on business development and assisting with client relationships within the Company. He comes from a successful background in the commercial real estate industry, where he negotiated contracts on behalf of prominent landlords and tenants and worked closely with lawyers to finalize leases, and he is licensed in the state of New York to practice real estate. Evan grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Rob Camper

Advisor

Rob Camper serves as managing partner at Storis Capital, a private equity and advisory services firm focused on investments in the financial services technology space. Prior to that, Rob was a founding member of MPI Professionals, a boutique financial services management consulting firm sold to CGI-AMS in 2005. Rob was also an early investor and member of the Gerson Lehrman Group. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has been published in Forbes/Wolfe Emerging Technology Report.
